For customers in Markham, Toronto, Scarborough and other parts of the GTA, selected printer service orders can be arranged for drop-off and pick-up through our partner retail location at Pacific Mall in Markham.
Pre-arrangement required: please contact ReLife Printer before bringing a printer to Pacific Mall so we can confirm the service and drop-off arrangement.
What to send
Repair: brand, exact model, problem/error.
Print quality: model, ink/cartridge information and photo/scan of the bad print.
Ink refill: exact cartridge number and black/colour.
ReLife: printer model, photos and condition.
